Davy Barthes
Chief Executive Officer

Davy founded Magen with a background in building and leading institutional brokerage businesses. Previously Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Brokers, he brings firsthand experience of the relationships, market expertise and team structures on which brokerage depends. At Magen, that experience informs the ambition to combine exceptional people with a more capable financial platform.

Johann Barthes
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER EUROPE

Johann spent his formative years in institutional brokerage at Sunrise Brokers, where he oversaw the firm's Asia market and built its presence across the region's trading centres. That experience of running a market across time zones and jurisdictions shaped how he leads today. As Chief Executive Officer Europe, he is responsible for Magen's operations on this side of the globe.

John brings financial, operational and compliance experience to Magen’s leadership. A former principal of Sunrise Brokers, he supports the institutional framework within which brokers and teams operate—connecting commercial activity with disciplined operations and oversight.

Chief Strategy Officer

Warren focuses on Magen’s strategic development, product vision and growth opportunities. Robert Schmiedler
Chief Technology Officer

Robert leads the technology with which Magen intends to reshape how institutional finance works. He is building a platform that joins proprietary intelligence, real-time data and resilient infrastructure into a single system, designed to change how markets are understood, how relationships are managed and how decisions are made. His ambition is to set a new standard for the technology behind financial markets.

Jean-Marie Gianni
Chief Development Officer

Jean-Marie leads Magen’s mergers, acquisitions and investment activity. He identifies and evaluates opportunities to extend the firm’s reach, whether through acquiring established teams and businesses or through strategic investment, and ensures each one strengthens the platform Magen is building.
